    Description

1977 Alfa Romeo Alfetta GTV 2.0 project car
This is the 2.0 liter 4 Cylinder model the preceded the V-6
Despite the way it looks this is a pretty solid Alfa, I have attached as many pictures as Ebay will allow, I have a lot of other pictures of the under carriage, I can email them if interested.
This is a very restorable car, I have not tried to start it but the engine turns over freely, it is a complete car
The front and rear floorpans on both sides have a bit or rust where the drain plugs were, the rest of the pan is solid
The spare tire well has a bit of rust as well but the battery box is solid
The frame rails, rocker panels, jack points and door bottom edges are also solid
The worst rust is the rear hatch, it will need to be replaced
There are various small spots of rust on other places but you could repair all of them without any panel replacement
There are several suppliers of body panels and floor pan patch panels, all of them reasonably priced.
This has been a Texas car it's entire life, I bought it at auction a few years ago with the intention of restoring it, I have a dealer friend who lets me use his dealer number to purchase cars occasionally at wholesale auctions so the title will be in his name, easy to sign over that way.
If you watch the market these cars have shown a steady rise over the past year, the earlier body style has gotten very expensive (I have a 74 project car I will be listing soon) and the GTV-6 is getting the same way, this one is sure to follow so grab it while you can.
I am starting at what I think is a realistic price and there is no reserve!
