Note:  Just an FYI I recently had a customer frustrated that these Safety wire pliers did not have the same quality and easy functionality of the 0 plus pliers. For those thinking they are getting the best tool for super cheap then you are mistaken. The reason these are so cheap is that they are made in China and that is why they are not priced like a Milbar 0+. if you want a Milbar quality safety wire pliers you will need to pay over for a used one or + for a new one. Sadly all of the different ones you see under on eBay are made in the same factory in China so had you paid for these from someone else you would have received the same quality but paid a lot more for it. I am adding this obvious fact just in case you do not have the capacity to think of this on your own. So as not confuse anyone else that they are not getting a German/American/EU made product for the price of a Chinese made tool. The same will be said for all the pliers sold here under .
If you do not plan on using this tool a lot then these 6" Safety Wire Pliers are a must for anyone racing and for the average Joe or Jody that builds and maintains clean machines. When possible I try  secure my cars and motorcycles fluid drain plugs and other parts with safety wire. Most race tracks require specific things to be secured with safety wire. Learning to use these tools can pay off big time. Especially if you ever lost a part 100 miles from nowhere that could have been secured properly. Once it falls off good luck getting it back.
