Antique Pearl Queen Concertina Button Accordion with Case - Georgi Vitak

Neat old concertina, plays fine, buttons all work, but i assume out of tune? bellows are pretty good, just a little leakage when holding this up, it expands slowly. The name Georgi Vitak is also on this. One strap is broken, pictured.
