Upper Middle Body (AXV060WH) is a replacement part that was made by Hayward from the same high-quality materials used to manufacture the original Factory part making this a genuine OEM product.
The Upper Middle Body is the main housing unit for a few different parts that all work together creating the turning power for these suction cleaners. The parts that are housed in this unit are the Cone Gear, Intermediate Gear, Intermediate Gear Shaft, Spindle Gear Screw, Cone Spindle Gear, Spindle Gear Bushing, and finally the Cone Gear Bushing. This Body also acts as a protective cover for these parts ensuring no outside influence can disrupt them or wear on them as the suction cleaner operates.
This part is White to match the color scheme of any of the Hayward cleaners listed above and also has mounting points along the top side for all the various parts it houses, as well as an opening in its center the dirt and debris travels up and out, through the cleaner, and into the pools filtration system.
