I know the price is somewhat high but the eBay fees are to blame for some of this (almost 13%) AND I bought these at a premium above retail as well. You just can't find this package without a lot of anxiety locating it, timing your purchase to available stock, competing against other buyers and getting the deal done.... Everything is included to get your RAK Hotspot going outdoors. You supply the location and a pipe or surface to attach the mount to, you will also need to provide an Ethernet cable connection for internet. The Ethernet cable will also provide power to your hotspot through the PoE (Power over Ethernet) devices. A ground source is also suggested to complete the installation.  Running an Ethernet cable outdoors and up to your outdoor enclosure and antenna is a lot easier than running expensive low loss coax cable from your antenna to your miner located indoors. And there are other advantages...

Better choice of antenna placement... an elevated, unobstructed view is always preferred for the best results when mining HNT. Unlock your miner's potential by allowing it to connect to the world from an outdoor location.
Shorter coaxial cable length... This reduces attenuation... attenuation reduces radio power... Helium miners operate with low power to begin with. Choosing a good low loss coax cable and keeping it short will allow more power to be transmitted through your antenna.

Note
The provided PoE Injector and Splitter are not Gigabit (1000Mbps) Ethernet compatible. They are 10/100Mbps devices, working only with 10/100Mbps ports on routers and switches.
If you use a Gigabit (1000Mbps) network switch or router with your hotspot, you will need to source a Gigabit Ethernet capable PoE injector and splitter.
