RARE Shimano TITANIUM centeron Derailleur Pulleys road bike vintage mountain NOS

Up for sale is this new rare tranz x titanium pulleys.
I was told these were extremely rare. I was not able to find any other like them on Google.
If you look at the pictures, the tat is in French and has 140 which i believe was the proce of these in 1997. Which is 8 USD!!! (Even more now with inflation).
I was told these fit shimano but not sure what model of derailleur pr of they are for road or mountain bike. One says centeron which i know shimano calls a model of pulley (or maybe a certain type of pulley).
