DESIGN
Each hook's size and shape has been optimized to address a variety of fish species, but also designed for easy use while on the move. In the open-state, the hooks can exceed 2 feet of width, allowing for easy stringing of almost all recreational fish species. Two options - Large(4.5mm) & Heavy Duty (5mm) - offer two locking geometries that accommodate the size and weight of your typical catch, as well as your style of angling.
QUALITY
All hooks are constructed of strong 304 Stainless Steel and both the Large(4.5mm) & Heavy Duty (5mm) game clips are appropriate to attach to waders, boats, dive belts or kayaks for easy game management. It's weight rating is 15 pounds and will securely hold a variety of medium to small sized fish including: trout, crappie, bluegill, various rockfish, walleye, bass, red fish and more. This is the optimal clip for most anglers.
Heavy Duty (5mm) Clip Locking Geometry
The Heavy Duty clip geometry utilizes a cross-platform release connection that creates a super strong connection. It is substantially more secue than the "Large" 15 pound rated hooks, but takes more intention to open and close. It's weight rating is 60 pounds and will securely hold a variety of medium to large sized fish including: salmon, ling cod, tuna, halibut and more. It is the optimal solution for Kayak Fishing & Spear Fishing where current can be a challenge.
