Vintage Ortigara 120 bass piano accordian, dark red marble & gold made in Italy

Vintage Ortigara 120 keys,  bass piano accordian, dark red marble & gold made in Italy. Not sure how old this is,...A little musty but is good shape. The accordion was put away after Bob passed, worked great when Bob played it.  I am selling for a friend of mine, it was her step dads.  The numbers on it is L893-100, what ever that means. As in one picture the case has some damage in the felt.
I am not great at what people need to know and I know nothing on this accordion other then what a person told me. Not sure of year.
