For friction shifting, not compatible with modern indexed shifters.
Condition Description:
Some cosmetic issues; metal has been contoured to fit a special application (something from the early days of the IHPVA, may have been for a hand powered bike); this may have slightly weakened it, but probably won't be an issue. There's also damage from running with the chain derailed. The pulleys are sticky and need to be cleaned/relubricated if not replaced.
