RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, before leaving negative feedback, please contact us for a resolution.  If you wish to return the item(s) to us for a refund or an exchange, please see below for information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  Shipping is non-refundable unless it is our error.  Refunds will be issued within two (2) days of receipt
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please
securely package the item with the return form provided.  Apply the shipping
label
provided securely to your package and mail your return with the appropriate carrier.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges that are not as a result of our error.  In such case, a 15% restocking fee and the cost of the prepaid shipping label provided will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
EXCEPTIONS
For damaged or defective products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Buyer is responsible for all customs and duties fees associated with purchase.  In the event that the item is return for failure to pay associated fees, the cost of return postage plus 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.
